Prices are shown in US Dollars and we charge your account in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card will determine the exchange rate.

  • All import duties, VAT, taxes, tariff, handling fees, custom charges, brokerage fees, etc., which may be due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving party.
  • We do not collect this beforehand and cannot provide you with an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.
  • Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
Items in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. Custom-made products from the Create Your Dream section will be shipped within 3-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. We will send you an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. If your order is urgent, please email us at setepai.jew@gmail.com and we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

It is the Setepai promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive perfect. Should your piece arrive with a defect, please live chat our Customer Care team or reach out to us at setepai.jew@gmail.com so we can get this taken care of for you!

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Setepai offers a complimentary 30-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain.

Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Setepai will void this warranty.



Duties

All import duties, VAT, taxes, tariff, handling fees, custom charges, brokerage fees, etc., which may be due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving party.

  • We do not collect this beforehand and cannot provide you with an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices. 

  • The responsibility is yours to check with your country’s customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

  • International orders may require additional time for arrival and additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.

  • If for whatever reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs without any problem, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges in accordance with your local regulations.

  • We rarely have problems with international shipments, but if there is a problem with your order, we will work hard to find a solution as quickly as possible.
